We communicate only with you, use a neutral email subject line on request, and coordinate a believable cover story — like a dinner reservation or family photo session — to get your partner to the spot.

Every outdoor booking includes a backup plan. If conditions are unsafe, we either move to the agreed alternative location or reschedule within 60 days at no extra cost.

Many Maricopa County and city parks require special-use permits for setups. We handle the application and include standard permit fees in your quote.

A 30% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Yes. We send a photo and short video as soon as setup is complete, and you're welcome to arrive early for a walkthrough.

We don't prepare food ourselves, but we coordinate with licensed local bakeries, caterers and private chefs. We do not serve or provide alcohol.

Our Sweetheart package starts at $495. Most proposals fall between $1,200 and $2,500 depending on location and add-ons.

Absolutely. Around a quarter of our clients plan remotely. We handle everything by phone, email and video and send live updates on the day.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue or hotel on request.
