This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to https://despiertaelamor.com/ operated by Despierta el Amor Experiences LLC ("Despierta el Amor", "we", "us", "our"), owned by Anthony Cheatham, located at 3805 N Springfield St, Buckeye, AZ 85396, USA.
1. Deposits
A 30% deposit reserves your date and covers design time and vendor commitments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once.
2. Cancellation by Client
- More than 14 days before the event: balance payments (if any) refunded in full; deposit retained
- 7–14 days before: 50% of the remaining balance refunded
- Less than 7 days before: no refund, though we will try to reschedule where possible
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original date.
4. Weather Cancellations
If we determine conditions are unsafe, you may move to the agreed backup location or reschedule within 60 days at no charge. If neither is possible, we refund all payments except the deposit.
5. Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
