This Terms of Service applies to https://despiertaelamor.com/ operated by Despierta el Amor Experiences LLC ("Despierta el Amor", "we", "us", "our"), owned by Anthony Cheatham, located at 3805 N Springfield St, Buckeye, AZ 85396, USA.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide event design, styling, setup and coordination for proposals, anniversaries and other personal celebrations. Specific deliverables are described in your written quote and booking agreement, which control in case of conflict.
3. Quotes, Deposits & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 14 days
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve a date (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy)
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
- Prices exclude applicable Arizona transaction privilege tax unless stated
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, secure any private venue permissions not included in your quote, and ensure guests follow venue rules. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests to rented items.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government orders or power outages. In such cases we will offer an alternative location or date.
6. Photos & Portfolio
We may photograph our setups (without identifiable guests unless you consent) for our portfolio and social media. Let us know in writing if you prefer we do not.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logo and design, is owned by Despierta el Amor Experiences LLC and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
